We understand that sometimes deliveries don’t go as planned. If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, it will be processed as a return.
A refund will be issued for the merchandise only, excluding original shipping fees. You are welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
Important: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
