Can I cancel or edit my order?

• Orders can only be canceled or edited before they ship.

What if my order has already shipped?

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Eligible items can be returned after delivery — see our Return Policy for details.

Can I change my shipping address?

• For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once the boot is in transit.
• If the address was entered incorrectly and the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order, refund you, and you can then place the order again.
